Description: One Tomoe: The first of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see the flow of chakra. The Sharingan itself gives colour to chakra, allowing the wielder to differentiate them. They are also able to tell if a person is under a genjutsu because the person's chakra flow would be irregular. Two Tomoe: The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements. It gives them minor precognitive abilities as well, though not as strong as three tomoe. Three Tomoe: The Sharingan's third and most well-known ability is that it grants the user the ability to copy almost any technique that he or she witnesses, apart from other kekkei genkai techniques. The user can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with near-perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as their own, or even modify them to create their own new techniques. In order to reproduce a copied technique, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. In addition to physical skill and kekkei genkai techniques, the Sharingan cannot reproduce techniques dependent on other factors, such as summons that the user has not signed a contract with. The Uchiha's clarity of perception ability (two tomoe) extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user, allowing them to see the image of an attacker's next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body and counter-attack or dodge without any wasted movement. However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not always have time to react.
Perquisites: In order for members of the Uchiha Clan to unlock the Two Tomoe Sharingan it is required that they experience some level of tragedy (Involving an NPC with special permission or an actual member's character) that impacts them more directly and then must experience yet another impacting tragedy (involving an actual member's character) to unlock their Three Tomoe Sharingan. The Sharingan can last up to ten posts with a ten posts cooldown. As an Uchiha clansman, you are required to have the Fire chakra nature from the start.

Description: The Mangekyō Sharingan has the ability to access other powerful techniques. The Mangekyō Sharingan is awakened through the trauma experienced from the death of a person very close to the Sharingan user. With the user normally having to witness or experience this first hand, Uchiha throughout history have killed a person very close to them in order to expedite this process. To obtain the Mangekyō Sharingan, one must feel the emotion of losing a friend or family, as merely killing them or watching them die will not activate it.
Perquisites: In order for members of the Uchiha Clan to unlock the Mangekyō Sharingan it is required that they experience the emotion of losing a friend or family member (an actual member's character). Once unlocked the Mangekyō Sharingan can be used approximately six times before the user goes blind. Members with a Mangekyō Sharingan will be required to record how many times they have used it. The Mangekyō Sharingan can last up to ten posts with a ten post cooldown. Must be at least a B-rank Ninja to unlock the Mangekyō Sharingan.

Kazuma Uchiha is a business-oriented individual as he worked really hard to become the Seventh Hokage and has strong expectations from his fellow shinobi, especially those more closely-oriented to that of himself. Ambition and determination are what drive Kazuma to succeed in his trials and so because of this Kazuma is extremely dedicated to the goals that he puts out for himself almost to the point of stubbornness. Patience is another trait inhibited with Kazuma which is displayed by his soft voice and he does not let emotions cloud his better judgement; placing the safety of Konohagkaure before a single individual. Kazuma is highly-disciplined but very responsible with his role as Hokage. No one from Konohagakure has ever questioned his experience due to the prodigious feats that he displayed as he worked his way to the top. Kazuma is also very closed from his own emotions often putting on a facade to hide his true feelings from those that he cares for from Konohagakure.

Story

Biography
Kazuma was born on a cool December night on a full moon to Emiko Uchiha and Masato Uchiha. Emiko Uchiha was the daughter of a skilled Shinobi named Nurasaki who was from a clan of skillful Taijutsu Ninja. Emiko was a kind-hearted woman and filled with everlasting compassion, she was very open with others and many would come to her seeking advice. Masato Uchiha was a different story; Masato was the son of Sasuke Uchiha and Sakura Haruno and so because of this he had a reputation to uphold in honor of his parents great achievements. Masato was a very driven individual and felt as though he had something to prove often times acting out of his passion and inspiration to be like his mother and father. One day however Masato had met Emiko and the two of them connected, Emiko filled in the loving and caring side of Masato while Masato had filled in the driven and passionate side of Emiko. All in all the two of them were a great pair.

Emiko and Masato had named Kazuma after true harmony which they both so desired in this world. As Kazuma was growing up he was not as close to Emiko as he was with Masato primarily because the two of them shared the same determination to get things done. During Kazuma’s time at the Ninja Academy he raced through his classes proving to everyone his prodigious skills in the understanding of Chakra and various fields of Jutsu. Eventually Kazuma graduated at the age of six and was the youngest in the Academy to Graduate at the time. Masato had a little brother and though he did not connect well with him, he still cared deeply for his family although this he would never reveal. As a Genin, Masato was tasked primarily on C-rank Missions due to his great skills his team consisted of his Sensei Takeshi a skilled Kenjutsu Ninja, Miyuki a kunoichi with a nact for Genjutsu and finally Yousuke a brilliant Sealing Ninja. His squad was legendary for their prodigious skills and Kazuma felt a sense of belonging. His relationship with the Ninja in his Squad varied; Miyuki had a thing for him after he displayed his jack-of-all-trades skills during a C-rank mission in the Forest of Death but Kazuma was uninterested with any sort of relationship as he kept his eyes on the horizon and had big goals for his future that he would not allow petty things to interfere. Sensei Takeshi and Kazuma were close friends as Kazuma learned some basic Kenjutsu from Takeshi every now and again. Yousuke and Kazuma rarely got along which seemed to be a cliché for Squads as the two were very competitive with one another and envious of each other’s prowess in combat.

At the age of ten Kazuma was ready to participate in the Chūnin examines after displaying numerous times to his Sensei his skills and prowess during missions. When Kazuma reached the final round he was pinned up against Yousuke and the two clashed, Yousuke’s skills were beyond normal but Kazuma was able to use Yousuke’s short temper against him and gained the upper hand, ending in Kazuma emerging victorious. Of course Kazuma took no pride in beating on his someone he was close to and it was due to this that he first unlocked his Sharingan. Having the Sharingan was new to Kazuma as he relied heavily on his natural prowess in combat but now that he had an advantage he saw it as an opportunity to reach ever higher. As a Chūnin Kazuma was tasked with upper level missions along with his fellow squad mates usually being sent on B-rank missions, it was also around this time that Kazuma became closer with Yousuke his old rival and Miyuki he could not think of a better trio to be a part of and because of this Team Takeshi became legendary as not only were Kazuma, Yousuke and Miyuki prodigious Shinobi they also utilized one another’s ability with complete attention and no distractions.

Their skills were so great that they ended up being known as the ‘Three Wolves’ for their fluency in battle and the ability to cooperate to a level beyond normal. However the Three Wolves would be reduced to Two Wolves after the Seventh Hokage had sent them on a special A-rank mission. Takeshi informed them not to go but the three had become stubborn and over-confident in their abilities. They were tasked with infiltrating an old experimental facility in the Village Hidden by Sound; it was one of Orochimaru’s old laboratories. Everything had been going smoothly as they took out a few of their designated targets but when they were pinned against a mysterious woman that utilized a Kinjutsu the tide of battle was turned around. She had used a powerful summoning on the three Shinobi one that could absorb Kekkei Genkai the summoning was called The Chimera Technique. This had limited Kazuma’s prowess in battle as he was unable to use his Sharingan because if he did so this thing could potentially absorb his own eyes causing him to go blind, a sacrifice he refused to make. Instead he, Yousuke and Miyuki had to confront this creature with their natural prowess in combat. They unleashed various techniques and moved in all directions but eventually the three had lost too much Chakra and this moment of weakness cost Yousuke his own life. After witnessing the death of his own friend Kazuma’s Sharingan activated and he grew a second Tomoe. Suddenly Kazuma could see the various Chakra points of the beast and the strongest point was the summoner herself. After having realized this, the mysterious woman tried utilizing everything but thanks to his new ability Kazuma was able to parry all the incoming techniques almost in a supernatural way and once he had a clear shot from behind the woman, he thrusted his Ninja Sword through her back as it pierced inside her body and the blade stuck out from the front, the summoning instantaneously deactivated and the woman collapsed on the ground. The mission was complete but at a great cost one that would never be forgotten by Miyuki or Kazuma.

Upon arriving back in Konohagakure Kazuma had carried the corpse of his friend on his shoulders so that he could have a proper burial in the Village that he served both loyally and honorably. The Funeral was depressing, Kazuma had been with Yousuke’s parents, Takeshi Sensei and Miyuki as he watched in mourn his friend become one with the heavens, though little did Kazuma know that this would inspire him in the future which would lead to him becoming Hokage. A few days after the funeral Kazuma and Miyuki both received a message from the Seventh Hokage to meet him in the Hokage Residence. When the both of them had arrived at the Hokage Residence the Seventh Hokage gave his condolences for the loss of their friend and had personally promoted them both to Jōnin. Kazuma and Miyuki accepted the offer as an honor and retired to their Homes for the day. Kazuma had given Masato and Emiko the news along with his younger brother Shizue and his little sister. Shizue would occasionally look up to Kazuma’s achievements as a means of his own motivation to become just as strong if not stronger than his older brother. Masato was the most proud as his son was only thirteen and already a Jōnin it showed him that Kazuma had the potential to become even more skilled than his grandfather Sasuke Uchiha something Masato had strived to do when he himself was around Kazuma’s age.

As a Jōnin the Seventh Hokage felt that Kazuma was too young to lead a squad since the Genin of his squad would more than likely be around his age. Instead he felt that Kazuma was better off participating in A-rank and S-rank Missions with other Jōnin. As for Miyuki she was granted a squad and now had people to protect, this had made Kazuma and Miyuki drift apart since Kazuma could never give what Miyuki wanted though the two would forever remember their missions together as the ‘Three Wolves’. Since Kazuma had more time to himself he had wanted to learn more about Kenjutsu from Takeshi Sense to expand his own abilities in that field, this allowed Kazuma to from an even stronger relationship with his former mentor and though he would be frequently called out for missions he used the time he had to expand his own skills in Kenjutsu. When Kazuma reached the age of fifteen he was promoted to Jōnin Commander and as a representative of the regular Shinobi forces, he became a member of the council, giving him a say in important matters. During his first official Mission to Kirigakure he and Takeshi Sensei were tasked with tracking and detaining a notorious Legendary Swordsman named Kai who was said to have been spying on Konohagakure and relaying any important information to various sources. When Kazuma and Takeshi arrived at the Great Naruto Bridge they were confronted by Kai who used the Bridge as a mockery of the past. Kai's skills with Swordsmanship and Water Release were unparalleled and because of this both Kazuma and Takeshi were struggling against him. It was not until Kai unleashed a powerful Water Technique that was never witnessed before had created a distraction for Takeshi and he did not see Kai strike him from the side, cutting him down instantaneously as Takeshi lay in a pool of his own blood fatally wounded. This had shocked Kazuma he thought if this would be a repeat of his past then suddenly Kazuma unlocked his Three Tomoe Sharingan and was able to use Kai’s own techniques against him to throw him off guard and strike him down from the side similar to what he had done to Takeshi Sensei.

After the unsuccessful mission Kazuma grabbed Takeshi on his shoulders and rushed to Konohagakure with all the energy he had left and straight to the Konoha Hospital in hopes that the Medical-Ninja could save his old friend’s life as he did not want to have another close friend of him die by his side. Fortunately Kazuma had arrived at the Konoha Hospital just in time as the Medical-Ninja were just barely able to heal his wound as it was indeed a deep wound. They had told Kazuma that it would take time for Takeshi to recuperate from his wound. Finally Kazuma was able to save someone that he cared for but at the cost of the mission and because of this some members of the Ninja Council felt that Kazuma was too unstable to be Jōnin Commander as he put his emotions before the mission and ended up failing. Although the Seventh Hokage voted against it the vast majority had voted for it and once again an Uchiha of talent was stripped of their position. Though the Seventh Hokage would not allow this to be a repeat of the past and so he placed Kazuma on ANBU which had been the best possible rank before Jōnin Commander. Kazuma was grateful for the sentiment from the Seventh Hokage and he would never forget what the Seventh Hokage did for him but this had also taught him a harsh lesson one that he would not make a mistake of twice and that was that emotion only holds individuals back and though we care for people we need to place the Village before ourselves a twisted thought but one of a valid perspective even Kazuma questioned if this is what he truly believed. For the next year Kazuma operated differently and as ANBU always completed the mission no matter the cost some of which were beneficial and others just downright pathetic and though Kazuma disagreed with many missions he took part in he knew that they must be carried out accordingly.

One evening Kazuma’s father Masato was sent on a special S-rank assignment along with a few other Jōnin. Kazuma had a strange feeling about this mission as though something was off and since he was ANBU it was out of his jurisdiction so he had decided to stealthily follow his father and participate behind the scenes in the mission. At first it seemed like a normal operation until the three Jōnin that Masato was with were halted by a large number of Otogakure Ninja that had instantaneously attacked Masato and the three other Jōnin and just as Kazuma had decided to intervene and jump out from above the higher terrain he witnessed his father take a mortal blow right before his eyes, all Kazuma could feel was that of anger and hatred for the everyone and sadness for his father. Without hesitation and in a mere heartbeat the anger had overwhelmed Kazuma and he quickly cut everyone down with everything he had; the Otogakure Ninja and even the Jōnin that were aiding Masato and just as he was lost in a fit of rage and before he could comprehend anything all of the surrounding Ninja fell to the ground, they were all dead. Kazuma raced over to his father who was mortally wounded and spewing blood from his mouth they had both known there was nothing they could do about Masato’s wound. Kazuma wrapped his father in his arms as tears poured down his eyes. He held his father’s mouth up to his ear so he could comprehend what he was saying. Masato had muttered that he could never report this incident to the village since Kazuma killed Konohagakure Ninja as it would jeopardize everything he worked for which was something his father would never want for his son. Instead he told his son that he must blame the deaths of the Jōnin on himself so that it would look as though his father turned on the village and betrayed the Hidden Leaf. He then whispered in Kazuma’s ear that he loves him as he drew his last breath. Kazuma grabbed onto his father more tightly and as he let out a powerful yell his eyes changed, Kazuma had unlocked the epiphany of an Uchiha; the Mangekyō Sharingan. As Kazuma left the location of where the battle took place he knew that he could never tell anyone the truth, his family and his friends all for the sake of his father’s dying plea, for Kazuma to make it to the top and become the first Uchiha to ever be Hokage a goal Kazuma had set his sights on no matter what the cost, to fulfill the dream of his father Masato Uchiha.

As Kazuma returned to the village he had to clean up all the blood from the battle so that there was no evidence of what he was involved with. The first thing he did was tell his family that their father betrayed the Leaf and joined Otogakure. The reactions of everyone was different but deep down he knew that they were all thinking the same thing, Kazuma did not look back he had a new goal now that he would be willing to die to achieve. Sure enough after having proven to everyone Kazuma’s undying skills and prowess as a Shinobi the Council had elected him as the next Hokage at the age of eighteen after the Seventh Hokage had stepped down and wished to spend the rest of his days peacefully in his home, Konohagakure. It was during the first month as Hokage that Kazuma truly began to grasp what the will of fire had meant as he had learned it many times before but to experience it was much different. As a gift Takeshi, Kazuma’s former Sensei gave him two beautifully decorated Katana’s which Kazuma had named The Sword of Heaven and the Sword of Earth he would create the legendary Kenjutsu style with these swords known as The Heaven and Earth Style through his dedication and his determination in the field of Kenjutsu.

Kazuma had fulfilled the dream that his father wished for him and even though he knew that he could never tell the truth about what occurred with the Otokagure Incident that his father was smiling down at him from the Heavens. Although Kazuma’s destiny is far from over…

Role-Play Sample
Kazuma had awakened from his bed in the Hokage Residence, today Kazuma had something special planned. As Kazuma got up from bed he readied himself to prepare for the day, on a shelf in his room was a wooden sword stand in which both the Sword of Heaven and Sword of Hell lay rested. He reached for both swords at individual times with his right hand and placed them around his robe. Kazuma was not big on the Hokage Attire so he preferred his own style. Outside his quarters was Ichizu a Jōnin that kept guard. Kazuma looked at him and said in his soothing voice “I am going somewhere special this morning you need not send anyone to follow me as I am capable of protecting myself” Kazuma was not fond of being guarded by other Shinobi as he did not earn his position as Hokage by sitting around relying on others to achieve things for him. Ichizu nodded as he knew better than to disobey the orders of Kazuma.

As Kazuma exited the Hokage Residence he saw a group of women around his age whispering and giggling, he knew what they were talking about but had no desire for relationships especially now that he had the whole village on his shoulders. As he continued walking he could not help but hear a group of Chūnin talking about his father and how he betrayed Konohagakure a couple of years ago. As they saw Kazuma walk past they had quickly changed the subject, the guilt kicked in to Kazuma but he made it unrecognizable and continued with his agenda. Finally Kazuma had arrived at the restored Yamanaka Flower Shop and went to the counter to collect his requested bouquet of flowers. “That will be one-hundred Ryō” Kazuma paused to reach for his pocket and pulled out a pouch of Ryō “Here...” he muttered. The woman looked at him and smiled curiously “Special someone, eh?” he looked at her briefly and said “Yeah, something like that” as he took the bouquet of flowers that he purchased.

Then Kazuma headed outside again and as he reached the gate that lead to the outside of Konohagakure a member of ANBU halted him, “I am sorry Hokage but you can’t exit without a guard.” It was obvious that the man was not going to let him leave but Kazuma remarked “Step aside.” The man did not budge and as Kazuma came into contact with his eyes he quickly activated his Sharingan. Before the man could respond Kazuma had placed a suggestive thought in his mind that ordered the man to let him pass and the man had obeyed. It was not a method Kazuma had liked to use but for this agenda no one could get in his way. After two hours of walking along the outer perimeter of Konohagakure Kazuma paused, he was in the area where his father had been killed by the Otogakure Ninja, Kazuma looked at his flowers and muttered to himself; “Everyone thinks you’re a traitor but I know what sacrifices you had to make so that I could become Hokage and for as long as I draw breath I will honor you father, thank you for everything.” Kazuma placed the bouquet of flowers on the ground as a tribute to his father and then turned back to head to the village as a few tears left his eyes. Kazuma wondered if his father would have liked the flowers he had chosen for the bouquet.
