The Tobi Clan

The Tobi clan is not really known too well, keeping to themselves mostly. They're mostly specialists in genjutsu and weapon mastery. The Tobi clan have perfected one special jutsu taking advantage of their weapon and genjutsu usage. It is highly know as the Forest of Death.
