Special Abilities

For your special abilities wtaever they may be. they all have requirements.

For all Jinchurriki your chakra must be 50% or below
Your health must be 75% or below

If you are academy srtudent level (which everyone is when they first start)you can only use your first cloak. When you reach gennin you may use your 2nd, 3rd, and 4th cloak if you hav 5 or more cloaks.
If you have below 5 cloaks than you can only be on your 2nd cloak at most.

NOTE: All special abilities must be approved by me.

For all akimichi:
Your chakra must be below 50%
to use the pills.

For all people with cursed mark:

Your health must be below 50% or 50%
your chakra must be 75% or below.
